Trade in kit for iPhone 11

Hello. I have not received my trade in kit yet.

When can i expect to see that.

Depends on when you have requested the kit. Normally it arrives when the new phone arrives. But if you have ordered the new device through a carrier, take it up with them. Hope this helps!
