It says that gift card is redeemed

I bought a 10$ US gift card and I changed the region for it and it says that “STORE FRONT MISMATCH” then I check up again and it seems that the region didn’t change and I did change it again and tried again to redeem it and now it is saying that “THIS CODE HAS ALREADY BEEN REDEEMED” PLEASE HELP ME

to solve this I feel like I made some issue and I want to cry now because I don’t have more money to buy a new one I will appreciate any one can help me with this please :’(
