Buy Iphone 13 in USA
I am Spanish and I am going to make a trip to the USA and I had thought about buying a Iphone 13 there but I have doubts if it will work when I return to Spain

You are better off buying it in Europe, because a phone bought anywhere in the EU will have hardware support for both warranty and non-warranty repairs, and will also be compatible with all cellular channels in Europe. A phone made for North America will work in Europe, but won’t have hardware support because the phones have physical differences.
