iCloud not syncing on Windows 10 PC

I have installed iCloud for Windows on my Windows 10 PC but it's not syncing!!

First I installed it via the downloadable EXE file, and after that I tried the version on the Windows store and both have the same problem that iCloud is NOT syncing.

On my iPhone / iPad iCloud is working perfectly but NOT on my PC

Account is working oke. Pwd is accepted, but the status in iCloud on PC keeps saying Syncing and NOTHING is happening.

I have tried many things after Googling them, even instead of using Ethernet I tried via Wifi, disabled Firewall, uninstalled, reinstalled etc etc etc

I really don't want to reinstall this PC
