With the inability of powering on your BeatsX, we suggest to perform a reset. This may help to resolve the issue you're experiencing. Here's a helpful article on how to reset your Beats: Reset your Beats earphones You'll want to specifically follow the section that says, "Reset BeatsX."
Additionally, we suggest to use another charger and see if that helps. This can help determine if the charger for your Beats needs to be replaced.
