Dictionary?

Hello, Everytime I hold my mouse on something it goes to my lockscreen and a dictionary pops up. This happens a lot. I have a project to do for art and I cant drag the picture to a slide without it going to my screen with all my apps and having a dictionary pop up. Please help me.

Fixing a Popup App:

Two steps...


1. Exiting this App:

Use the following to exit the app and get to Finder the (Smiley face). [command+tab] Use it to Access your Mac when Something is Not Responding


2. Remove Login items:

Now that you are in Finder, see if Notes is a Login Item. If so, remove is as such and then restart the Mac, seeing if this no longer occurs.  Go Here: Change Users & Groups Login Items Preferences on Mac - Apple Support.
