Not receiving one time passcode

I'm trying to order an iPhone 12 on the Apple Store and it requires me to type in a one-time passcode to continue. I keep resending the code and I'm completely sure it's my number. I have no one on my blocked list and I can receive messages from other people. I really need this because my phone is broken help.
