Every single time i try to update an app it asks for my password for a “verification” i put my password nad it asks for it again over and over again

Then you should delete those apps in question and download them again, using your current Apple ID, since Apple IDs can't be merged.
However, there are apps and content that can be shared via Family sharing, in case you would have to buy the apps again.
