My screen has broken so I changed my screen, but when I switch on my Iphone 07plus it showing on the screen IPHONE UNAVAILABLE. Now I want to start my iphone without erasing the data.

There is no other way but wiping.
You can sometimes remedy this without a computer if on iOS 15.2 or later by tapping on "erase iPhone" , but you will still need the Apple ID password. It will WIPE the phone, no choice!
