Monterrey and HP 6310xi no gray scale or black and white option

Hi!

I have this good old printer. I always used it black and white to spare me to change the color cartridge.

In previous OS, It was easy to choose GreyScale option. But on Monterrey the Option to print in black and white doesn't show up.

I checked on internet and I'm supposed to be able to click on Black and White Tick but it's not there.

Very sad" I still have another Mac with Catalina, so I'm able to do it.

Are we going forward with new OS? Seem not, or planned obsolescence is going forward? I think the latter is right.

Only thing I can is to convert any document only to B&W.

If you have any solution about this please help!
