I have iPhone 13 Pro and use the Apple Music app on my iMac to manage and update my playlists. Since I upgraded to the 13 Pro, I have not been able to get my iphone to sync my playlists with ones on my computer. What gives? I have followed all the normal steps: Made sure Sync Library is turned on on both, deleted and re-added Music app on phone, restarted both devices, even wiped phone and reset-up...and still not getting anywhere. Seeking advice or recommendations.

Hi stvnegert,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! From our understanding, when you make a change to your playlist on your Mac, is does not sync to your iPhone, is that right? Are you an Apple Music subscriber? You mentioned that you usually update them on your Mac, does any change sync if you make them from your iPhone?

Are all of your devices running the latest version of software available for them?

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Update macOS on Mac

If this is happening on the latest OS, you may want to reach out to Apple Support for further assistance. Depending on your region, you may be able to reach out to them here: Get Support.

Yes, I am a Apple Music subscriber and all devices are updated with the latest software. No matter what I do I cannot get my playlists updated corrrectly and at times when I make changes to the playlist on the iMac and then click "Update Cloud Library", my previously updated playlist gets overwritten by whats in Apple Music. I am so annoyed with this that I am considering un-subscribing to Apple Music.

Keep in mind that before I upgraded to the 13 Pro I had never run into this type of problem.
