WiFi Calling

Is there any way to disable these types of notifications? When I hover over this notification, I have the option to 1) Turn on or 2) Not now. If I click Not now, then I am asked this same question daily until I turn it on. I've looked through the notification settings and there does not appear to be anything associated with this notification. Disabling FaceTime notifications does nothing.
