Question

my App store doesnt open at all

I ve been having trouble opening app store, safari.. and update anything on my catalina. How can I fix it? it seems like the internet port is blocking stuff.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

it "crash" when you try opening it.

I think I just fixed it using this tip: Reseted my network preferences on Mac

Launch Finder.
In the menu bar, click Go → Go to Folder.
In the pop-up window enter the mentioned line: /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/
Delete these files:
com.apple.airport.preferences.plist
Networkinterface.plist
preferences.plist

Does the Apple App Store app actually open, but just doesn't allow you to download any apps ... or does it "crash" when you try opening it? Do you see any error messages?

What have you tried, so far yourself, to resolve this so that we don't try offering potential solutions that may not have already worked for you?
