I'm wondering if the sensitivity to touch is adjustable
Yes, see -> Change 3D or Haptic Touch sensitivity on your iPhone

No, I don't mean those choices. I mean that sometimes when I click on the phone icon, it shows a list to choose from: "Remove app, Edit Home Screen, View most recent Voicemail, Create New Contract, Search for Contact, and View Most Recent Call." I want it to go straight to the phone screen where "Favorites, Recents, Contacts, and Keypad" are shown on the bottom of the screen. How can I get my phone to skip that list of choices?
OK, Got it.
You press too long on the Phone icon then you get that menu option.
If you want to make a call, tap the phone icon briefly.
Don't really understand what you mean by list of choices.
If you click on the Phone app, you will see -> Favorites | Recents | Contacts | Keypad.

Looks like that is correct! Thank you! Now, I'm wondering if the sensitivity to touch is adjustable (for some of us who tend to be all thumbs).
Once again, I thank you. I would have never found it on my own.
