I have looked at the basic questions and answers about how to remove content from synching with an Apple Watch. But nothing truly addresses "what is Other storage" that is causing messages to appear every hour "Storage Full. Try removing music or photos using the Apple Watch app on your iPhone."
Seriously. Please help here.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you have issues with 'Other' storage on your Apple Watch. We'll do our best to assist.
We'd make sure there are no updates on the Apple Watch available. You can go to the Watch app > Settings > General > Software Update to check if it's up to date. If there is an update available, we'd try to get it updated.
You can also try the backup, erase, and pair process; explained here: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch
Which should backup the watch before it erases it. You can then try pairing it again and restoring the backup.
