disable usb accessories disabled notication

i keep getting usb accessories disabled notification popping up. last question i asked, i was told maybe usb port is defective. i dont have time to get that fixed and dont care. i just want the notification to go away. i tried using the focus function. made my phone stop ringing so i missed calls all day. tried just ignoring the notification but it covers browser tabs etc. Searched and searched the notification screen and dont see a way to disable system notifcations . OMG so frustrated. please tell me there is a way to disable system notifications. or at least that one. i dont care to fix anything. just want the notification gone.
