Hello, I accidentally dropped my iPhone and now, the screen is completely broken, it makes multicolores lines on the screen. Below is a picture but it got worse. What could I do? If I need to repair it, will I loose my storage ??

You'll probably need a screen replacement:
Sometimes repairs can be made without losing any data, but not always.
If the data is lost you have restore from a backup:
