So my wife and I are on the same apple account how can I stop getting her phone log?

My call log shows up on wife’s iphone lately my call logs have been showing up on my wife’s iPhone. we have all the normal stuff turned off. and 2 of of 5 times when she sends a text it says it’s from my number. when she calls my iPhone the log on her iPhone says Incoming and outgoing at the same time. any ideas?

Call Logs Why am I getting my wife's call log (and she mine)? We share AppleID, not sure how to turn this off without affecting backup. She has new iPhone 7, I have a 6s.

The only option to prevent that is to not share the same Apple ID.
