Powering up
My iMac is not powering up, it starts and then shuts off is there anything I can do? I can't access anything on the computer

This sounds like a power supply failure which is a hardware failure. Please click the Get Support button in the upper right of the display so you can make arrangements to get the computer repaired.
Assuming you have been backing up the computer using Time Machine your data is safe.
