I lost my facial recognition when I updated to the latest version. Can I revert back to previous update?

Why did the latest update cause my true depth camera not to work It happened 2 years ago same thing then a whit line appeared on the left side the nothing worked. My warranty replaced it a couple days before the end of the warranty. Now my warranty just terminated last week. Sounds fishy to me if my device crashes the everyone will note this letter of declaration.
