Can’t add storage to my phone

Iphone storage is a fixed size and can't be increased. If you need more room, you will have to delete stuff off of your phone.

The iPhone physical storage is set when you bought the iPhone. You cannot add to it. You can buy additional iCloud virtual storage, but it cannot substitute for physical storage.
