Ok so for some reason I decided to shut off my phone cause the apps were acting up and then my phone I turned on my phone and when I unlocked it, it literally restarted. Then I waited two minutes and unlocked the phone and it restarted again. Suggestions on what I should do rn?
iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 15

Keeps shutting off and restarting every-time I unlock it.
