How do I buy extra iCloud storage without putting in a credit card which I do not have

It is required to have a valid payment method on file with your Apple ID if you have any active subscriptions and/or iCloud+. If you do not add a card, you will not be able to upgrade your iCloud+ storage plan.

• Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods
• Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID
• If you can't remove a payment method from your Apple ID

After you add the preferred credit/debit card, you can also redeem an Apple gift card on your Apple ID to charge for your iCloud+ storage each month, instead of charging your card. Apple ID balance is always consumed first before charging the primary card on file.

• Add money to your Apple ID balance
• Upgrade to iCloud+
