what is my icloud login using my yahoo account ?

If your Yahoo account is your Apple ID, you need to use your Apple ID to sign into iCloud. Do you have another Apple ID you want to use to sign into iCloud? If so, sign out of the Yahoo account, and then sign in with the desired Apple ID.
