I received an Apple App Store Receipt via e-mail that shows an old billing address for Apple Card, but I can't find where to change it. The billing address is correct on the Apple Card entry.

I couldn't get to the problem via the App Store. I had to go into the iTunes account to change the address of the method of payment that was stored but not the current method of payment but that address was being attributed to the chosen method of payment (which shows the current address) in the e-mailed receipt..

We understand your App Store receipt is showing an old billing address. Do you have other payment methods associated with your Apple ID/App Store?
If so, make sure the billing address is correct there by going to Settings > [your name} > Payment & Shipping > [your debit/credit card(s)], and make sure the billing address is correct.
