Bluetooth

My Bluetooth isn’t working. Won’t connect to devices it’s previously known, and when I disconnect to try to pair it again, the devices aren’t being discovered.

is this a hardware issue I need to take to the Genius Bar? 😐 Is there a possibility it’s a software problem that can be fixed over the phone?
