I get messages from medical providers like the VA, it will say reply with Y1 to confirm appointment. These messages have been coming back as undeliverable , and it has happened several medical providers. Is there a way to fix this?

Is this an Apple problem or is there a setting that I can fix? I believe all my settings are correct

Chris, background on my issue. I was the victim of identity theft, don't know how, I'm pretty savvy on protecting my data, but it happened. my identity theft company text me and said what needed done and first item was new phone number. I did that and when I did the Verizon forgot to mention to restart my phone. it was as simple as that. I usually restart my phone weekly so I would have caught it in another day or so. Bottom line is that it was a verizon issue, they even had in their notes they forgot to tell me to restart, would have figured they could have called me back to let me know but NOT! In the end it was your knowing that it was a carrier problem that got me fixed and I thank you for that. Guess I should restart more often. I guess I'm getting old! So thanks Chris be well.
