Good afternoon,

I understand it can be frustrating dealing with unauthorized charges. I'm here to help. If you have children using your Apple ID or have Family Sharing enabled, they may have purchased a recurring subscription. Don't charge back just yet, Apple has a process so you can get all withdrawn funds back into your account.


If Family Sharing or multiple Apple ID users are the cases, check-in with them, to cancel the subscription, follow this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8MfjrltahnA


If you are the only user, follow the same provided tutorial.


To get the funds back, follow this link: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
