Thank you for the response. I am still having an issue. Let me provide some additional history here. When I bought my son a phone years ago, I set it up under my Apple ID.. When I subscribed to apple music for him through Verizon, it is linking his phone number and my Apple id to apple music. Two years ago when he got a new iPhone, he created a new apple ID. His phone number remained the same. He was unable to create an ID as it said there was already an ID that existed with this account I no longer have an iphone. I went to the Apple music app on my Android, logged in with my Apple ID and it wouldn't allow me to cancel the subscription there, so I went into my Verizon account and cancelled it under my son's phone number since that was how is was originally set up. When I went into my Apple Music app again, it then gave me the option to subscribe to apple music. Since it appeared I cancelled my subscription with my ID, I told my son to go into his Apple music app and subscribe. He received an error saying he didn't have a subscription through Verizon. I went back into my Verizon account and signed up for apple music under his phone number and requested that a link be sent to him so he could add it. However, when we clicks on the link, it tells him an ID already exists. I went into my Apple music app and poof, it shows my ID as registered even though I didn't register it. Somehow, his phone number and my Apple ID are connected and I can't figure out how to unlink them. Long story short, I did cancel the subscription for my Apple id on his phone, now when I try and add it back to his phone, it is automatically linking it to my Apple ID. Any thoughts? Both Apple and Verizon are pointing the finger at each other as to who's problem it is and I can't get anywhere. Thank you!
