Find my friends

When we’re all using iPhones- why can follow one person live’ & actually see them moving along hwy & the other not the other person? What do I need to do ?

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15

You do realize that you keep sending everyone the same link which does absolutely nothing right? Apple needs to actually FIX the issue with an update to the app or something along those lines.
