How do find your old apple ids if it’s not in your account?
An AppleID is an Apple account. If you had multiple AppleIDs then you had multiple Apple accounts. Those accounts are not linked in any way so have nothing to do with each other. Each AppleID is a unique, individual and separate Apple account identifier.
There is nowhere to see a list if the AppleIDs you’ve created. You either know them or you don’t.
