No purchase history on iTunes app
I have a new iPad and went to open my purchase history on itunes. On new iPad it doesn’t have a place to enter old store name (different from my Apple ID). So it says I have no purchase history for my Apple id

See steps here to view your purchase history:
See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more - Apple Support
It will only display history for the Apple ID you are currently logged in with.
