I can’t find my apple watch. Try doing the find my and it say my last location was at out house. I have done the lost thing. I have look every where in the house multiple times but still cant find it. It’s has 0% battery but it updates its location sometimes. Last few days we went somewhere and it say it is on the same location we where so I thought it was on my car but tried finding it but still no luck. Is there any way that I can still find it

Once it has been gone for 24 hours and the battery is dead, then it going to show it with you. That is one of those crazy things I've not seen explained, just that it happens. At this point, the only way to locate it is to physically look for it, and it seems you have already done that. There is no other way to track it.
