I No Longer Have A Credit/Debit Card Available.

I have made way too many purchases online and decided to cancel all my ongoing subscriptions and plans, I have also canceled both my Credit and Debit cards to prevent me from spending, I keep getting billing information pop-ups whenever I try to either install to reinstall an app, this really stresses me out because I don’t know what to do! I really need some help here.

That is a bit difficult because the default setup requires a payment method (there are in app purchases in free apps or games for instance). Here is some info:
