iPad error 4013

Good evening all,


I am getting this error on a 3 yr. old iPad. I have tried to restore with Apple configurator, iTunes and Monterey with no success. Is there any way to actually fix this issue ?. Or is this Apple's way to let me know I need to buy another iPad.


Yes - I already tried all those recommended solutions ( KB articles and web postings). Any help is greatly appreciated.
