Macbook Pro restart after restoring to factory settings - company laptop that I need to return soon

I have done this 3 times yet each time it shows a spinning world gif and a loading bar that estimates various times (sometimes 8, 12 or 43 min). Each time it does not load and stalls at an estimated time.

MacBook Pro 13″, OS X 10.10

If it is a company computer the company may have used mdm to control it. You may not be able to install a new OS. Talk with the company IT Staff.
