Mail don’t work

Hi there can you help me please please your application mail doesn’t work well Its need more time to get mail I have another iPhone older and working perfectly because its new iPhone xs mail doesn’t work well needs more time to load the mail and I need email please fix the problem I try everything and nothing please fix this problem thanks
