My phone is showing the apple logo (like a restart) for 3 seconds then back to black for 5 seconds for a couple hours now. I have tried the force restart and nothing happens and plugging It into my Mac and it isn't being registered. Help if you can

sorry didn't reply but I have tried that, I have gotten to a point where my computer lets me attempt update/restore but when I do it only get error 4013. is worth just going to an apple store at this point?
It is an iPhone 12 Pro and yes it is still the original battery.
I've already looked at the fixes and none of them seem to work so booking an appointment now and have a slow but working iPhone 7 that can last for a bit
