Lost File App on iphone

How do l get back my File app..shows up in App Store but when l open it then goes to abode

Look in the App Library (the last screen on your iPhone) and move it where you want it.

Files App Disappeared My Files app icon has disappeared from both my iPad and from my iPhone XR. When I go to the App Store, it indicates I already have downloaded the app, and if I hit OPEN, the app opens, which isn’t convenient. I’ve searched my screens to see if it was buried somewhere to no avail. I’ve soft-rebooted the iPad and iPhone and that didn’t work Where did it go?
