Computer Not Authorized Message

Trying to play a purchased movie and it will not play. Message says Computer is not authorized when it is authorized. After putting in correct password code, it says computer already is authorized. Then I try to play the movie and again I get the same message that this computer is not authorized to play this move, must sign in. It's a vicious loop!

Did you get the movie thru iTunes? In iTunes or Music, which should be the same. Go to Accounts at the topped click on Authorization and click Authorize This Computer. If it says already authorized, then De-authorize. Restart and go back in and Authorize it.
