I lost my AirPods and I have the warranty so how would I get new ones

You buy a new set.

The warranty does not cover lost or stolen devices.

You buy another set, as the Apple standard warranty doesn’t cover loss, and AFAIK Apple doesn’t offer AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss coverage for AirPods.
