How to load sharing to do backup on other phone
I’m doing the sharing icloud however I can’t seem to get it to work on my daughters phone to do iCloud backup

Is "the sharing iCloud" a Family Sharing group, or are you saying you and she are using the same Apple ID?
There are a couple concepts in your question, and some unconnected.
iPhone backup to iCloud happens independently of Family Sharing. If set for iCloud backups, her phone will automatically back up to her iCloud account when it is connected to a power source and on wi-fi. You can see the status of this at Settings > [Her Name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup. The slider will be green if this setting is active, and the time and date of the last successful backup will be at the foot of that page.
Family Sharing will give you the opportunity to share a larger iCloud+ storage plan with all members of that group, and each member will have their own private space in that plan. Again, her phone will backup under the conditions mentioned.
Just to cover one possibility, Apple IDs should not be shared. If she and you are using the same one it would be best practice if you made a new one for her.
