12 pro max screen Unresponsive

The screen of my iPhone 12 pro max will often become unresponsive. It will just totally lock up. And yes I have done a force reset and everything else that has been mentioned only Internet band on the Apple website. And it still happens all the time. I wish I had just kept my XS max it never did this.
