want focus mode sleep alarm (audio) going of on both apple watch and iphone

seeing a lot of reports that when wearing the apple watch when sleeping (using sleep tracker and having set a sleep schedule in the health app with a time to wake up), that the alarm is only going of on the apple watch. and this is true for me as well. the iphone is completely silent.

is this still "by design"?

i want the audio to go of on both devices.

so, is there (still) no setting to choose if you want the alarm (audio) to go off on both devices?

i find the taps and relativitely low audio (yes its on max) on the apple watch to be not good enough for me to wake up. so i want the iphone to play the alarm melody as well, as it did before i started using my apple watch when sleeping.

That wasn’t really helpful at all and the links had nothing to do with what I asked for and wondered about.

not once did the links or your post say anything about how to make the alarm go off on BOTH the Apple Watch and the iPhone, or why it doesn’t, when using the sleep focus mode that you setup in the health app for controlling when the alarm should go off to wake you in the morning.
