I have been charge three times in one month for an apple music subscription for some time

Has anyone else had this problem and how do I reach a human to get this removed? I've called 866-712-7753 three times and follow the instructions of the robot and nothing happens. I can't get a list of charges to come up on my Mac. This is so frustrating. Can I please talk to someone!
