Can’t Offload Apps on your IPhone?

I needed to update my IPhone 7 Plus but had no storage. Usually I go through and delete unused apps and offload the other ones, but it wouldn’t let me do either. I saw the answer on google! Hope this helps.

A: Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchases - Change Deleting Apps to Allow.
