From what we understand, you're experiencing an issue with purchases in the PUBG Mobile app. Start with making sure the app is up-to-date: How to manually update apps on your Apple device.

If that does't help, and it's the only app it happening with, we suggest contacting the developer of the PUBG MOBILE app: KRAFTON, Inc. Support.
