Apple Camera and LED are NOT hardwired - contradicting Apples safety guarantee

Apple is posting in their own article that the camera and LED on the screen of a MacBook Pro are hardwired and only work hand in hand.

This is based on the Article here:

Don't close your MacBook, MacBook Air, or MacBook Pro with a cover over the camera - Apple Support

If you use your Avatar as a User you can clearly see that the Avatar is moving with your head and eyes are closing when you close yours on the login Screen.

This is happening without the LED being turned on, indicating that the Camera is in use!!!

Well - it had been proven on 3 different Intel based MacBook Pro’s with the latest OS update.

So if you ask me if “I make up my mind” by empirical testing, then you’re absolutely right.

Could I have phrased it better - absolutely!

Do I rather spend hours in raising an issue which should not be possible according to Apple (based on the hardware design), or do I raise awareness into a community of many professionals who can confirm it?
