Storage issues

How do I lower the storage my “other” section is taking up? Because I’ve tried whatever I could to free up space like deleting pictures, apps and clearing my safari but nothing changed. And I offloaded a ton of apps which I can’t reinstall because “other” is taking up all my space and idk what else to do

If other is a few GB that is typical and normal.

If it is 20GB upwards it is possibly junk and the only way to remove it is :-

Backup, restore to factory, and restore from backup

If you can import your media to Photos or iTunes app in a computer and copy important documents to a cloud server it will give you some resilience in case the restore from backup fails.
