Anyone know how to fix this / resolve this problem?
I had an error that required my mobile be updated for me to be able to use Mobile Data, I tried restarting the iPhone but it then got stuck in a loop..
I now cannot restore my iPhone - not happy

Follow ALL steps here If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
